Preliminary exercise- Hair and Makeup

  Hair and makeup also plays an important role in Mise en scene, it shows the type of character and their role that is being show in the film. It sets the tone, style, time, place, and character personality of the character in the movie. If the character is shown with dark clothing and creates havoc with context cluse you can conclude that, that character is the villain in the movie like gru for an example.


This assignment helped me understand the importance of the effects that Hair and makeup can have on the audience. It can really impact the audience into thinking one or two things.
